- Name

- Studio website or Instagram link
- Monthly wedding volume
- Your current post-production challenges (optional free-text)
Through email, WhatsApp, calls, and messaging:

1.2 Client content (footage and project files)
To deliver our services, we receive video, audio, images, and other material you upload. This may contain personal information about you and about third parties — for example, couples, wedding guests, staff, or talent appearing in the footage.
We handle this material only to perform the editing services you have asked for. In data-protection terms, you are the controller of that material and we act as your processor. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone outside the subprocessors listed in section 4.
If your footage includes people in the EU, UK, or another region with equivalent laws, you are responsible for having the necessary consents or releases in place before sending it to us.
1.3 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site we may collect:
- IP address and approximate location
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages visited, referring URL, time on page, and interaction data
- Cookie identifiers (see section 7)
1.4 Information from third parties
We may receive limited information from social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) when you interact with us there, and from publicly available business sources when we research prospective clients — typically business name, business email, website, and public social profiles.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to enquiries and provide quotes
- Deliver, manage, and support your projects
- Send review links, deliverables, and project updates
- Issue invoices and process payments
- Maintain records for accounting, tax, and legal compliance
- Improve the Site and our services
- Send occasional business communications about our services, where permitted (you can opt out at any time)
- Prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Legal Bases (for EU/UK visitors)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on:
Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
Responding to enquiries, delivering projects | Performance of a contract, or steps prior to a contract |
Invoicing and record keeping | Legal obligation |
Site analytics, service improvement, security | Legitimate interests |
Marketing cookies and marketing emails | Consent (withdrawable at any time) |
Processing client footage | Performance of a contract, on your instructions as controller |
4. Who We Share Information With
We share information only with service providers who help us operate. These may include:

Each provider is given only the information needed for its function. We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a business transfer.
5. International Transfers
We are based in Pakistan and use service providers located in the United States, the European Union, and elsewhere. If you are in the EU, UK, or another region with data-transfer restrictions, your information may be transferred outside your country, including to countries that have not received an adequacy decision.
Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses in our agreements with providers, and we take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected.
6. Data Retention

Final deliverables | Deleted on the same schedule unless otherwise agreed |

7. Cookies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Our cookie banner lets you accept, reject, or customise non-essential categories:
- Necessary cookies — required for the Site to function and to remember your consent choices. These cannot be disabled.
- Functional cookies — support features such as social sharing, feedback, and embedded third-party tools.
- Analytical cookies — help us understand traffic, visitor numbers, bounce rate, and sources.
- Advertising cookies — used to deliver and measure advertising.
You can change your preferences at any time via the cookie settings link on the Site, and you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.
The Site also embeds third-party content such as YouTube videos. Those providers may set their own cookies, governed by their own policies.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Request a portable copy of information you provided to us
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing
- Opt out of marketing communications
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
California residents additionally have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, normally within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first.
Where we process footage on behalf of a client, requests relating to individuals appearing in that footage should be directed to that client, and we will assist them in responding.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access controls, restricted file sharing via private links, and encrypted transfer platforms. We sign NDAs on request and treat client footage as confidential.
No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you send information to us at your own risk. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you and any relevant authority where required by law.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 through the Site. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Footage supplied by clients may include minors (for example, at weddings). Responsibility for obtaining consent for such material rests with the client supplying it.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site links to external sites and platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and file-transfer services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review their policies separately.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
